This document is the published and active privacy policy for Blue Turbine Aviation Sarl (registered in Lausanne, Switzerland) and explains how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website or via email. These policies shall also refer to the private members Association formed under Swiss law Blue Turbine Flying Group (governed by article 60 et seq of the Civil Code of Switzerland whose seat is in Lausanne) through which customers may contract any related services.

You directly provide Blue Turbine with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

How will we use your data?

Blue Turbine collects your data so that we can:

Process your order and manage your interest in our services, maintain contact for the purposes of organising flights, relevant.
Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like. Blue Turbine will not share your data with partner companies for any reason unless you explicitly request us to do so and only where relevant to the provision of services as provided by Blue Turbine.

When Blue Turbine processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

Blue Turbine securely stores your data on secure web servers in Europe and the USA.

Blue Turbine will keep your personal data for 5 years, or as long as you hav active service, or are a member of our flying association. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by explicit removal from online and offline databases and associated backups. Legacy backups may contain such data for a period of time until they themselves expire over the course of no more than one year.

Marketing

Blue Turbine would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. This explicitly includes the sister association created under Swiss law for the private membership of passengers wishing to travel with Blue Turbine.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Blue Turbine from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Blue Turbine Group.
